Yes! You can add issues from other repos in your epic, as long as the other repos are connected to your Waffle board.
In this example, "tifthedog/summerplans" is the main repository on the Waffle board and "tifthedog/blockparty" is a connected repo.
You'll need to use a cross-repo reference (read more on cross-repo references) to add an issue to an epic that's in another repo. A cross-repo reference will look like this:
- parent of username/repo#123
- parent to username/repo#123
- parent username/repo#123
In this example, the epic (#65) is created in the "tifthedog/summerplans" repo and the child issue is in the "tifthedog/blockparty" repo.
