Sometimes things fail and troubleshooting is necessary.  If you run into a problem and reach out to us, we may ask you to pull a support bundle and throw it our direction to assist in the process of looking at the logs of our application.


  1. Log into the admin management interface of your installation, example:
  2. Click 'Support'
  3. Click 'Download Support Bundle'
  4. Review the tar file if necessary
  5. Email it to
